LITIGATION, a 4-year-old homebred racing for Stone Farm, was sent of the favorite in the field of 13 in the five-furlong Gulstream Park Turf Sprint. The colt settled off the pace, swung wide in the stretch and then sped home to catch the leader and win by a neck. Trained by Brian Lynch, LITIGATION broke his maiden in May of 2025, then won three times and placed once in his next four starts.
A son of Twirling Candy, he is out of the Storm Cat mare Argue, and is the third stakes horse she has produced. Here’s the TDN coverage of the race:
