SWORE has been named one of the three finalists for the 2025 Eclipse Award honoring the year’s Champion Steeplechaser. A son of Broken Vow out of the Ghostzapper mare Cara Bella, SWORE was bred, foaled and raised at Stone Farm and races for the farm in partnership with Upland Flat Racing.

Stone Farm Foaled and Raised SHE FEELS PRETTY Named Eclipse Champion Female Turf Horse
Coming off back-to-back Grade 1 wins in 2024, Lael Stable’s SHE FEELS PRETTY did not make her 2025 debut until Kentucky Oaks day, when she won the Modesty S.-G3 on the turf at by a comfortable 2 1/4 lengths. She came back to win the New York S.-G1 at Saratoga in her next start, then finished second by a head in the hard-fought Diana S.-G1 at Saratoga. She followed that with a narrow win in the E. P. Taylor S.-G1 at Woodbine, and then finished out the year with a second-place ffinish in the Breeders’ Cup Filly Mare Turf-G1.
