Stone Farm: For half of a century.
If you take care of the land,
the land will take care of you.
We’re trying to raise you a good horse.
We sell only what we raise.
Pin Oak Stud’s PASS THE HAT posed a determined win the Poker S.-G3 at Saratoga going one mile on the turf on June 7. A lightly raced 5-year-old, PASS THE HAT stalked the pace set by Zulu Kingdom. He made his bid on the turn, then overtook that rival mid stretch and left off a late charge from stablemate Capital Hill to win by a nose.
Bred by B. Flay Thoroughbreds, PASS THE HAT was foaled and raised at Stone Farm. He is by Collected out of Veronique by Missen Mast. He was sold to Lynnhaven Racing at the Keeneland September Sale in 2022 for $300,000. Trained by Bill Mott, PASS THE HAT has won three races in four starts in 2026. This is first stakes win.
