Arthur B. Hancock III has been named The Thoroughbred Club of America’s 2020 Honor Guest.  He will honored at the 89th Testimonial Dinner on a date to be determined. The Thoroughbred Club Testimonial Dinner, which was started in 1932, recognizes the contributions and leadership of distinguished industry members, and it is widely regarded as one of racing’s highest honors.
