Designated a “TDN Rising Star” after an impressive win on May 16, DONEGAL MOMENTUM posted his first stakes win in the Gio Ponti S. at Aqueduct on Oct. 3. Going a mile in his second race since switching to the turf, DONEGAL MOMENTUM went to the front at the start, raced comfortably and finished two lengths in front at the wire. Out of the Malibu Moon mare Moon Dash, the 3-year-old son of Uncle Mo races for Donegal Racing who purchased the colt for $375,000 at the 2022 Keeneland September Sale.  The colt was bred by Speedway Racing and was foaled, raised and sold by Stone Farm.
