Augustin Stable’s homebred THEODORA B. led from start to finish to win the 1 1/4-mile Gr. 2 Dance Smartly Stakes on the turf at Woodbine on August 15. Raised at Stone Farm for owner/breeder George Strawbridge, THEODORA B. set the pace and appeared comfortable on the lead at the half.  The field gathered going for home, and in the stretch slight favorite Etoile found racing room along the rail.  THEODORA B. resisted that challenge and prevailed by three-quarters of a length at the wire. Trained by Michael Dickinson and ridden by Justin Stein, she is a Kentucky-bred daughter of Ghostzapper out of the Dynaformer mare Dyna Waltz.
