Klaravich Stables’ FULLY SUBSCRIBED continues to make her case for becoming divisional Champion.  She followed a brilliant 9 3/4-length win in the Personal Ensign S.-G1 at Saratoga with a commanding 3 1/4-length win in 1 1/8-mile Spinster S.-G1 on Keeneland star-studded opening weekend.  Both wins – the Personal Ensign and the Spinster – came with “win and you’re in” status, firmly punching the 4-year-old’s ticket to the upcoming Breeders’ Cup Distaff-G1.

The Spinster shaped up to be a three horse race, FULLY SUBSCRIBED, multiple G1 SW Counting Stars, and 2024 Champion 2yo Filly Immersive.  They all broke well, Immersive took the lead with FULLY SUBSCRIBED second, and Count the Stars back in third.  They raced down the back stretch status quo, but as they headed into the stretch, FULLY SUBSCRIBED charged to the lead and looked confident striding down the stretch for the win.  The race marked the first Spinster win for owner Klaravich Stables, trainer Chad Brown as well as jockey Flavien Prat.

Foaled and raised at Stone Farm, FULLY SUBSCRIBED now has six wins, three seconds, and a third in 10 starts, and increased her career earnings to $1,441,080. Bred by Virginia Kraft Payson’s Payson Stud, FULLY SUBSCRIBED is out of Sweetbaby by Candy Ride.  Sweetbaby is a daughter of Mrs. Payson’s top racemare Rutherienne, who won 11 races, including the Del Mar Oaks-G1 and is a daughter of two more generations of Payson Stud bred runners.
