Stone Farm: For half of a century.

If you take care of the land,
the land will take care of you.

We’re trying to raise you a good horse.

We sell only what we raise.

TENMA confirmed her ticket to the Kentucky Oaks-G1 with a 2 ¼-length win in the Grade 2 Santa Anita Oaks at Santa Anita Park on April 5th. Trained by Bob Baffert and ridden by Juan Hernandez, Tenma settled just off the the early pace. As the field entered the turn, she moved up wide into third, wore down stablemate Silent Law in the stretch, and finished the 1 1/16-mile race comfortably in front. Racing for Baoma Corp, TENMA had won the Las Virgenes-G3 by 6 1/2 lengths in her previous start and 3year-old debut.
Bred by Bobby Flay Thoroughbreds, TENMA is by Nyquist out of the Tapit mare Amagansett. She was foaled and raised at Stone Farm, and was consigned by the farm as a yearling in Keeneland September, selling for $200,000. She now has five wins in six starts for earnings of $549,000, with her only loss coming in the G2 Oak Leaf at Santa Anita last year.
