Stone Farm: For half of a century.
If you take care of the land,
the land will take care of you.
We’re trying to raise you a good horse.
We sell only what we raise.
I was lucky to find SUMO late September 2015. A local connection took me to visit him at H. Graham Motion’s farm in Fair Hill the day before my father passed away (I took it as a divine sign that we were meant to be). From day one, SUMO has so much character for a small gelding. He comes when I call in the field, calling back in the deepest nicker (sounds like a dinosaur). We’ve dabbled in very low level eventing. SUMO loves hacking out, trail riding, eating, bubble baths and talking to my retired show mare over the fence. Thanks for entrusting him to me. He’s an amazing horse. Michelle Pfeiffer
